This policy explains what data is processed on fenixexpedientes.com and by FENIX YouTube Operator, the internal tool FÉNIX STUDIO uses to manage its own YouTube channel. It is based on the Operator's privacy policy prepared for the YouTube API Services audit.

1. This website
- No cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and no visitor-measurement tools.
- No forms and no user accounts: the website does not collect personal data.
- Hosting: the website is served through Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the service, under its own privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
- External links to YouTube and documentary sources lead to third-party sites with their own policies.
2. FENIX YouTube Operator
FENIX YouTube Operator is an internal, single-user tool used only by the owner of the FÉNIX STUDIO YouTube channel to publish and manage that channel's own videos. It is not a public service and does not manage third-party channels.
YouTube API Services. The Operator uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API). By using the Operator you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data handled by Google: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy
Authorization (OAuth). Access is granted through Google OAuth 2.0 from the channel's account, with only two scopes: manage the channel's YouTube account (youtube.force-ssl) and view its YouTube Analytics reports (yt-analytics.readonly).
What data is accessed. Only data of the authorized FÉNIX STUDIO channel:
- the channel ID;
- the channel's own videos (IDs, titles, descriptions, tags, category, privacy and processing status, file name and size);
- the channel's own playlists;
- the channel's YouTube Analytics metrics (views, watch time, retention, subscribers, likes, comments, shares, traffic sources, devices and countries).
The Operator does not access other channels or viewers' personal data.
How data is used. To upload the channel's videos as private; apply the metadata, thumbnail, captions and playlist approved by the owner; schedule publication only after the owner's explicit approval; and produce internal performance reports.
Storage.
- Data is stored only on the channel owner's computer.
- YouTube API data that needs to persist is kept in a local cache for at most 30 days; after that it is refreshed from YouTube or deleted.
- Analytics figures in internal reports are removed after 30 days; only FÉNIX STUDIO's own analysis is kept.
- The Operator's permanent activity log records only its own actions (timestamps, action codes, local file hashes, approvals) and contains no YouTube API data.
- OAuth tokens are stored locally, outside cloud-synced folders, and are never logged or shared.
Sharing. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers or third parties, and the Operator does not publish API data.
Deletion and revocation. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation, authorized data is deleted within 7 days. The Operator purges it automatically if authorization cannot be verified for more than 5 days.
3. Security
- The website is served over HTTPS only, with strict security headers and no third-party scripts or resources.
- The Operator can only perform whitelisted operations (no deletion, comments or channel settings); critical actions require the owner's explicit approval and every action is logged.
- OAuth credentials are stored outside the website and outside any cloud-synced folder.
4. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. This website does not collect visitors' personal data, so there will normally be no data about you to process. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
5. Changes
If this policy changes (for example, if analytics or a store is ever added), this page and its date will be updated before the change takes effect.
